The fried chicken pieces last night didn't go as well as I had hoped, although it was passing... I'll have to experiment with it more to figure out the best procedure to take in frying it up. And hopefully find a better recipe so that they taste more like the ones which I have fond memories of.
I tried frying mushrooms tonight, which is the vegetarian version of the fried chicken pieces. Building on the experience from last night, they turned out much better. But still not what I'm hoping for... I guess I'm either using too much soy sauce, not enough egges, or have to actually blend the frying powder into the eggs.
This begs for further testing at a later date.
