Cornish hen with baked rice

Saw this recipe for the Flavorwave on their website, so I decided to try it. Not too bad, but definitely too much chicken broth and not enough rice. I'll have to either increase the amount of rice, or decrease the amount of chicken broth, next time.

On a side note, I'm just starting to use this Hello BloggerBot thing. Will take some getting used to.

Frozen hen... starting to cook

Have you made anything else with it? I got one as a gift and I'm wondering if anybody has experimented with it.

The hen looked tasty. We just made one a few nights ago. I was impressed with the results.

I usually cook chicken wings or steak with it. They turn out okay, but I'm used to barbecuing them.

From time to time I'll toast sandwiches with it, with some interesting results.

I've also tried DiGiorno pizzas with it. If you prefer a soft crust, then this is the way to go. Remember to set the rack low, so you don't burn the toppings.
