Al sandwich
I've read transcripts of the Weird Al/Avril Lavigne "interview," but have only recently got to watch it on YouTube. He usually has these on his Al TV stuff, when he has a new album out.
The interview below is pretty good, too. He basically made Eminem eat his own words.

The gateway crime
You don't wanna mess with the R-I-double-A
They'll sue you if you burn that CD-R
It doesn't matter if you're a grandma
Or a seven-year-old girl
They'll treat like the evil, hard-bitten, criminal scum you are

You're Pitiful
This has been around for a while, but it's not available in any of Weird Al's albums... because while Al had gotten permission from James Blunt to make a parody of his song, he was later contacted by Atlantic Records, James Blunt's label, which asked Al not to publish the song in his album. So instead of publishing the song in his album, Straight Outta Lynwood, he has the MP3 available for free download on his webpage.
This is why in Al's later video for White & Nerdy, in the part what he sings, "I edit Wikipedia," you can see him editing the entry for Atlantic Records to say "YOU SUCK!"
You're Pitiful
"Weird Al" Yankovic
My life is brilliant...
(What, was I too early? I'm sorry, should I... do you want to start over, or? Keep going? OK. Now? Now?)
My life is brilliant
Your life's a joke
You're just pathetic
You're always broke
Your homemade Star Trek uniform
Really ain't impressing me
You're sufferin' from delusions of adequacy
You're pitiful
You're pitiful
You're pitiful, it's true
Never had a date
That you couldn't inflate
And you smell repulsive, too
What a bummer being you
Well you just can't dance
And forget romance
Everybody you know still calls ya--"farty-pants"
But you'll always have a job, well, I mean
As long as you still can work that Slurpee machine
You're pitiful
You're pitiful
You're pitiful, it's true
You're half undressed
Eating chips off your chest
While you're playing Halo 2
No one's classier than you
La la la la
La la la la
La la la la Loser
You're pitiful
You're pitiful
You're pitiful, it's true
Your dog would much rather
Play fetch by itself
You still live with your mom, and you're 42
Guess you'll never grow a clue
Well, it just sucks to be you

Something I should ask about...
Do I Creep You Out
"Weird Al" Yankovic
I know that you don't know me very well
We've barely met, but I can surely tell
No one will ever love you like I do
I like to feel the warm spot on your chair
Sometimes I drool, and usually I stare
My precious one
I save that gum
That you threw in the garbage
You're the one I dream about
But the only question with me now
Is do I creep you out?
Every time I shake your hand now
Wanna stick your fingers in my mouth
Do I creep you out?
Call you every night and hang up
Gonna carve you name in my leg!
In my leg! Oh-oh
Something I should ask about
Can I sniff the pit stains on your blouse?
And do I creep you, do I creep you out?
Oh the only question
Is do I creep you out?
Know exactly where you live now
Follow you from work right to your house
Do I creep you out?
Do I creep you out?
This song is set to the tune of American Idol winner Taylor Hicks' "Do I Make You Proud," which explains the way Weird Al looks in the video by JibJab. There was also a video on YouTube that synced Weird Al's version to a "live performance" by Taylor Hicks. The sync was perfect, and very funny when you listen to the lyrics and watch Taylor's performance. It's too bad I can't find it now... I guess it's been removed.

Trapped In the Drive-Thru
This song is off "Weird Al" Yankovic's new CD, "Straight Outta Lynwood." It's a parody of R. Kelly's "Trapped In the Closet" series of music videos... which was, what I thought, probably the most inane thing to write a song about. Al himself said the drive-thru was the most banal thing he could think of at the time of writing it.
If you've never seen/heard R. Kelly's "Trapped In the Closet," I'm embedding the entire series below.

White and Nerdy
"Weird Al" is at it again... This song is a parody of Chamillionaire's "Ridin'"--in case you haven't heard it or seen the video, I'm embedding it below for reference.
